I looked at a lot of different activity rugs before choosing this one. It is a great size and so well made. I chose it because of the bigger variety of roads and structures on it and the vibrant colors. It doesn't slip or move because of the backing material.

My only complaint with this rug is that I bought two, expecting the edges to meet and match the road lanes. The fabric pattern would do this, except that they are not all cut identically. Having gone to the trouble of designing a recursive pattern for the rug, it was a shame they have the manufacturers carelessly cut the pieces.
Other than that, the rug is great. The non-skid backing is a must-have requirement that, for some reason, many competitors do not have.
